			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Dell</strong> has introduced their <strong>Latitude 2100</strong> in to the laptop market , a rough and tough netbook which has been intended for students and particularly for children who are from play school through to the 12th grade,</p>
<p>The<strong> Dell Latitude 2100</strong> has been designed to fight with such child minded laptops as the Intel Classmate <strong>PC and OLPC XO laptop</strong>.</p>
<p>The new Dell latitude 2100 packs an Intel Atom N270 processor, 10.1 inch LCD display, runs on Windows Vista, Windows XP and Ubuntu 8.10 OS, is WiFi enabled, measures 10.4 x 7.4 x 9.16 inches and weighs in at 1.6kg.</p>
